Judging will be based on Horse Palace management discretion and audience participation.

Hats must be an original creation or Derby-themed (basic baseball caps, cowboy hats, or similar headwear will not qualify). Valid ID and Players Club membership required. Membership is free. Promotion only available at Swan Ranch location.
